Application Process

CRITERIA

From grassroots and regional athletes to Paralympians and Olympians, we support athletes of all ages. Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

Be a nationally ranked athlete; or
Be a current member of a regional squad, with regional-level results or representation within the past two years; or
Have placed in the top eight at regional championships or an equivalent competition within the past two years.

APPLICATIONS

Applications for the 2026/2027 programme open on Friday 20th February, closing on Friday 20th March. Athletes must apply via the survey on the website. Applicants will be asked to provide personal details, their sport, their local Everyone Active site, details of recent achievements and their social media handles.

REVIEW AND SELECTION

Applications close on Friday 20th March and will be reviewed by the Sporting Champions team. All applicants will be informed of the outcome. Successful applicants will receive an Everyone Active membership valid from Friday 1st May 2026 to 30th April 2027.

ONGOING OPPORTUNITIES

Throughout the year, successful athletes will be invited to workshops and mentoring sessions delivered by our panel of elite athletes and industry professionals, designed to provide the tools, resources and opportunities needed to thrive in their sporting careers. We will also invite athletes to take part in media opportunities and content shoots, as well as send out our e-magazines to support them throughout their sporting journey.
