Application PROCESS
ELIGIBILITY CHECK
All employees are eligible to apply or be nominated, regardless of role or department. If applying yourself, you will be asked to submit a testimonial from your line manager.
NOMINATION SUBMISSION
Employees can apply themselves or be nominated by colleagues, supervisors, or managers who have observed their exceptional contributions.
APPLICATION DETAILS
Nominees are required to provide:
Personal Information, Achievements, Supporting Evidence and a brief explanation of how their actions embody Everyone Active’s core values.
REVIEW AND SELECTION
A selection panel, typically composed of senior colleagues review all submissions selected. Colleague Champions are informed through formal communication and celebrated through internal channels such as newsletters, events, or team meetings.
ONGOING OPPORTUNITIES
The programme may allow employees who were not selected in one round to reapply or be renominated the following year.
Feedback is often provided to nominees to help them strengthen their applications for future opportunities.
